Privacy Notice

This notice covers personalisedcondoms.co.uk. It is deliberately short and specific about what actually happens on this site.

1. Who we are

Goldmine Souvenirs Ltd (trading as Personalised Condoms)
Registered in England and Wales, company number 06417974
Eurolink Business Centre, 49 Effra Road, London SW2 1BZ, United Kingdom

We are the data controller for this website. You can reach us through the Kissy Bang Bang contact form — Kissy Bang Bang is our own production house and part of the same company.

2. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising or session-recording services, it has no social media pixels, and it does not load fonts or scripts from third-party servers. Every font, script and image is served from our own server. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The online designer saves your work in progress in your own browser's local storage, so your design is not lost if you refresh the page or come back later. That storage is technically necessary for the feature you asked for, it stays on your device, and it is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. A saved design is offered back to you for seven days. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings, or by clearing the design in the editor.

3. Server log files

When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Unlimited Web Hosting UK Ltd) records technically necessary access data in server log files: IP address, date and time, the page requested, and browser type. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating the site securely and diagnosing faults. Log data is not combined with anything else, is not used to profile you, and is deleted automatically after a short period.

Our hosting provider is a UK company and the server that runs this site is in the United Kingdom, so nothing you do on this site sends your personal data outside the UK. If you place an order that is delivered abroad, any international element comes from the delivery itself and is handled by Kissy Bang Bang under their privacy policy.

4. Designing your condoms

While you are designing, everything stays on your device. The text you type, the images you upload and the artwork you choose are held in your browser and are not sent to us. We cannot see a design you never submit, and abandoned designs are not stored anywhere on our side.

5. Ordering and payment

When you press the button to order, your design and a preview image are sent to our production house, Kissy Bang Bang (kissybangbang.com, part of Goldmine Souvenirs Ltd), which stores them against an order reference and prints them. You are then taken to kissybangbang.com to enter your delivery and contact details and to pay. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR — steps taken at your request before, and in order to perform, a contract.

From that point you are on a different website, which does set cookies and has its own terms. Please read the Kissy Bang Bang privacy policy and terms and conditions, which govern your order, delivery and payment. Payment is handled by Kissy Bang Bang's payment providers; card details are never entered on this site and we never see your full card number.

This site has no contact form and no newsletter. We do not collect your name, email address or phone number here, and there is nothing to unsubscribe from.

You do not have to give us anything to browse this site. If you order, the details Kissy Bang Bang asks for at checkout are needed to form and complete the contract — without them the order cannot be fulfilled.

6. How long we keep things

Designs held in your browser are offered back to you for seven days and then ignored. Designs submitted with an order are kept by Kissy Bang Bang for as long as is needed to produce, deliver and account for that order, and for any period UK tax and company law requires. Server logs are deleted automatically after a short period.

7. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to:

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling, so the related right to object to it does not arise here.

To exercise any of these, use the contact form. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, or at ico.org.uk.
